CAPP Refund Policy * You may request a refund within 90 days of confirmation of your order for any reason and receive a refund in the amount of the price paid less a 10% restocking fee. Certain items, including used Realise2 codes may not be returned for a refund. * Defective items, such as a defective Realise2 Access code must be reported to CAPP within 10 days of delivery and shall not be subject to the restocking fee. * All items returned must be in an unused condition.
